Practice – Weekly Zoom Gatherings

Practice is the Weekly Zoom Gathering to come together to practice our individual consciousness to help develop our group consciousness so that we can unite in universal consciousness.

As a group we will practice the art of remaining in stillness with our words, our thoughts, and our actions.  The deliberate practice of being aware of our behaviors will empower us to overcome the challenges that our minds have placed before us.

Each week participants will share their goals of improvement and will practice using the words that will create the true reality of their lives:
