Is the Valley the Mountain or the Valley

You can live in the mountains
Or you can live in the valleys
 
Where you choose to live
Is where you find peace
 
When the opposite faces you
You feel challenged
 
Does the mountain challenge you
Or does the valley challenge you
 
Where you choose to hide
Is where you see challenges in the opposite
 
If you are hiding in the valley
The mountain seems treacherous
 
If you are hiding in the mountains
The valleys seem overwhelming to you
 
One must consider
That all in one in all
 
The valley to one
Is the mountain to the other
 
Where then
Is the true challenge
 
The only challenge
Is inside you
 
The valley
Is perfect
 
The mountain

Each were created equally
Each were created by divinity
 
If you can find peace in your heart
You can find peace anywhere
 
You must leave the mountain
When the One requests you to leave
 
You must leave the valley
When the One request you to leave
 
When you leave what you love
You project a golden ray of Light
 
You send the One directly
You focus with pure love
 
When you are in a desert too long
You feel too hot and long for the water
 
When you are in the water too long
You feel cold and long for the sun
 
If you dwell in neutrality
You realize that all and none are the same
 
Silence the mind
Live each moment fully
 
When you are near water
Love what you have been blessed with
 
When you are in the desert
Love the beauty that surrounds you
 
Only one creature on earth complains
Only one create can create their complaints
 
Live as all other life
Live free in each moment
 
Live free
Allow your wings to stretch today
 
Experience the day
Explore what is no where but where you are
 
If the moment achieves neutrality
You have blessed this world
 
Love this moment
Give this moment your heart
