You are drowning If you allow the mind to drown you You are defeated If you allow the mind to defeat you Every expectation Is the mind’s fantasy of the future Every fear Is the mind’s fantasy of the future The greed for the best in the future The worry for the worst in the future One sided Duality with reality Imbalance Between positive and negative Reality is neutrality A perfect union of all that is If you wish to live today Give your most sincere effort Not your best Not your worst Be sincere Be your Truth Your life is tired Because your Soul is not leading You long for many things The mind has its only way of leading Longing for more Is not the same as listening to your Soul Live as the present moment The present moment will give you everything Soul will create each opportunity Neutrally accept each opportunity The mind will become neutral Your life will bloom instantly Let go of everything Trust that each life has the ability to follow their Soul Trust My love is for all Trust My life is for all Trust You are here to live for you Live As your life Live As your Truth Everything you are Is shadowed by your mind’s control If you free yourself from your mind You will feel alive again Others that contain you Free yourself from their mind Others that limit you Free yourself from their mind The mind’s cage Is an illusion The mind’s control Has no walls You are free Always Believe in your ability to be my Light Believe in your life The more weight a mind places on you The more you feel lost You are standing with me I am with you always Throw the greatest weight of the mind off you Be what you are You are my Light You are my Love You are victorious over all Through your ability to be neutral All that is Is One Through your life You can commit to my life Silence your mind Silence every mind Your Truth is your innocence Live as what you are My life Is your life Sat Nam
