Your Behavior Teaches Others
Any behavior that another sees
They learn from it
An adult learns how you behave
A child learns how to behave
What people dismiss
Is how much children are learning
What people completely forget
Is that children are learning everything
How to speak
How to act
How to walk
How to react
Children learn fears
Children learn hopes
The dreams of children
Usually are the dreams of their adults
Do they want to go play
Do they want to read books
Why do they sit down to watch television at night
Because the adult taught them to
Children listen to everything
Adults dismiss that they understand
Children understand everything
Children process differently
They understand happy vs sad
They understand anger and frustration
The way you act in front of a child
Is teaching them how to act
The way you talk to them
The way you talk to others
Your inconsistency
Your inability to tell the truth
The child is learning
From the parent and from other adults
Look at the classroom teacher
Do they understand their role
The child is not just learning addition and subtraction
They are learning how to behave from an adult
Look at a herd of mammals
The children are constantly being told how to behave
For survival
For the safety of the pack
Why do humans not consider behavior seriously anymore
Why is bad behavior not considered a treat to the pack
The detachment of reality
The inability to be consciously aware of the self
How you affect others
How you affect yourself
Maybe the great powers of a spiritual leader
Are being able to be consciously aware of themselves
How they affect themselves
How they affect others
The great healers
Are consciously aware of their bodies
They know the effects of what they ingest
They do not hide this from themselves
If you eat cake
Your body does not like it
When you eat cake you smile
The child learns that eating cake creates happiness
All behaviors are learned
Be consciously aware of what you learned
Unlearning bad behaviors from childhood are very difficult
But it can be done
What you do
What you speak
Create a new pattern
Stop before you speak
When your mind is racing
Run and hide before you speak
Every behavior of yours
Is teaching others about you
Do you want to show them your bad behaviors
Do you want them to focus on your bad behaviors
The greatest spiritual leaders
Consciously behaved in front of others
Because they consciously behaved
Consciously alone with themselves
