Loss Is experienced by all that live The tree Loses its leaves The human Loses many things Some lose is foreseen Some will remain unseen A mystery For an entire life Whatever is lost Find the meaning The only meaning Is that you were born to experience this loss What matters Is that you continue to live What matters Is that you free yourself from every loss If you lost a loved one Continue living free from emotional pain If you lost your financial means Continue living free from emotional pain If you lost your physical health Continue living free from emotional pain The only thing that is the same in every negative reaction Is emotional pain Emotional pain Is the negativity of the mind If you agree with the negativity of the mind Then your emotional pain will linger Causing you gloom Causing you to repel others If you shield yourself from the negativity of the mind You can heal every loss You can see That change is happening continuously What you have Is what you have now What will you have tomorrow Is the fantasy game of the mind What don’t you have from yesterday Is the negative game of the mind If you find your mind participating in these games often Your mind is being controlled by itself The mind is very high functioning You must challenge the mind to put it at ease A bored mind Is a dangerous mind You must allow your mind to utilize itself The mind wants to use all of its function The human life is wasted on the unnecessary Living a life revolving around consuming Life will end one day for every life Have you lived the life that Soul has given you What have you put off What have you kept on a list that never got done What do you wish to give What do you long to create Your life has meaning Do not hide your life’s meaning In all that you do Allow the Light to serve others through you Show all what you are Show all what you connect to There is One in all And there is One in you The One that knows the One within them Is the One to deliver the One to all The Light in All Focus on the Light in All Sat Nam
