Be aware of your mind’s expectations

Silence every expectation
These are the mind’s desires for what it already knows

The mind creates a false future
So that it can be ready for it

If you allow yourself to daydream of your day tomorrow
You will never meet the mind’s expectations

Why do family’s fight on the holidays
Because they spent days thinking about what should happen

Why does any group have an explosion during the event
Because the mind’s expectations have not been met

Silence yourself
Focus on being prepared today

Do you need ingredients
Do you need to get more sleep

That is all
Nothing about the perfect anything

You will not know the other
Until you silence your mind

If you do not see them as a part of your Soul
Your mind will only judge them as different

Different than you
Wow, do you really need to focus on that

The child is completely different from the mother
You do not need to think anything different

Why does the child fight with the mother
Why does the mother fight with the child

Because neither silence their mind
Both focus on their expectations of the other

If you want to know the other
You must silence your mind

If you want the other to know you
You must silence your mind

How will anyone get to know you
If you do not allow them to know you

Why do you want to be alone
Alone with your very talkative mind

Your mind is not consistent
Because it changes with every person

It knows everyone is differnet
It protects from each one differently

It knows what they are thinking
Mind does know how to speak to Soul

It does not allow you to hear
Because you are supposed to be in charge

When you put yourself behind the mind
It takes over for you

It leads you
Because you are not leading yourself

It thinks it is helping you
You are hiding from Soul

If you are ignoring Soul
You are hiding from Soul

If you are hiding from Soul
Do not worry because your Mind will save you

The mind will help you how it can
It will lead with every judgement and opinion it has stored

Stored
To help you

It did not store anything to hurt you
The mind is leading the only way it can

With memories
With ghosts from the past

They will always be there
You must tell the mind

You do not need all memories
To guide your present

You must take the lead
You must lead your life

You are your worst enemy
You are most likely your only enemy

There is nothing to hide from
You are supported by all

You are supported
When you give support

You are guided
When you guide yourself

You are with Soul
When you silence everything else

Your life
Is up to you

You can support and lead
You can lead and support

There is no direction you must follow
There is only all directions

There is not a single position in life
There is only all positions

Everything is perfect
Because nothing is perfect
