Changes Occur continuously Every inhale Is a new breath Every exhale Is a farewell Give your life energy Receive consciously Welcome Every inhale Bless Every exhale Send off Prepare to receive In blessing your exhale You prepare to receive consciously Consciously inhaling Consciously exhaling If you accept change consciously Your life blooms Your transformation Occurs simultaneously You are giving consciously You are receiving consciously Every moment of your life Is given the opportunity to transform Consciously living Is living in neutrality You see With every neutral eye You hear my Word With neutral ears You live in joy Knowing that your life is a gift You gift every life respect Knowing that I am every life Every moment of your life is a blessing Because every life is my sacred life You give me your attention You focus on my Word Each moment of the day You live according to your heart If your heart longs to sing You sing If your heart longs to dance You dance You are One with your Soul You live as your Soul leads A healthy body Creates a healthy life A healthy mind Creates a healthy outlook on life You live in your life As your life’s dream You fulfill your life With your Soul’s Light Every aspect of your life Radiates my life consciously Your conscious breath Has the power to overcome any mind Every life has challenges Pray that you appreciate your life Every life must climb mountains Pray that you have gratitude for the mountains you have climbed Breathe my life into your day Allow your Soul to lead Sat Nam
