The mind’s energy
Is heavy

Is even more heavy

Love for your life
Is your spirit

Your ability to heal
Is your Soul

When your energy feels heavy and dark
Call on your Soul

Your Soul lives in neutrality
Your Soul longs to be present in your life

If you give your life Soul
Your life will be light and free

Neutrality is a simple thing
Neutrality is the most difficult thing to achieve

When you are abusive to another
Your energy is dark and heavy

When another is abusive to you
Your energy is dark and heavy

When another thinks bad thoughts about you
Your energy is dark and heavy

It doesn’t have to be like this
Your Soul can shield you from all negativity

You are controlled by the mind
Your Soul frees you

You are made negative by your mind
Your Soul makes you neutral

Your mind makes you tired and weak
Your Soul gives you strength and resilience

Soul is your Light
Your Light is the drop of the One within you

All you have to do
Is remember the One

If you live in remembrance of the One
You will be connected to your Soul

If you are connected to Soul
You can live in neutrality

When another mind is throws negativity at you
You remain neutral

You remain neutral
Because you remember to call on the One

You immediately begin to pray
Pray that you remain neutral in the face of negativity

When you face negativity with your negativity
The negativity is increased and strengthened

The other person feels validated
Validated that they had an excuse for being negative to you

Even if they started the negativity
All they remember is that you were negative too

How can the mind feel remorseful
If the other person attacked their negativity with negativity

The mind won’t
Some minds are much simpler than that

Nothing is more upsetting to your mind
Than another mind accusing you of being wrong

You were wrong to be negative to them
Even if they threw the first punch

Their mind wants to continue the game
Because they won the first match

This is how it begins
And this is how it continues

Until one either becomes neutral
Or until one mind leaves the other’s life

If you choose neutrality
You will create neutrality

If you choose to battle
The battle will continue

If you feel great longing
To feel free and light

The only way to feel the Light
Is to focus on the Light

Be the one that chooses the Light
Shift the energy to neutrality

Be the one that focuses on the One
Call on the presence of the One

When the One is present
You are present

When you are present
You are neutral

When you are neutral
You can hear the voice of the One

Listen
To the voice of the One

Feel your life being lifted
Out of the darkness of all minds
