Unblocking energy

It must admit there is a block
It must admit that it must be unblocked

Every day is different
Does the mind want to change today

If there is a pot of gold at the other side of change
Will the mind run to change

The pot of gold
Is what your life wants

What do you want
What do you feel you lost

Life is a journey
People will come and go

If people pass
You can never get this back

The only thing you change
Is the feeling of loss that you hold onto

Death is a transition
One that can be seen as a transformation

Every life experiences it
That is why fearing it makes you stuck

All life is breathing
Do you fear your breath

Change is feared
Because the mind doesn’t know how to begin

It does not like where it is
It fears ending up stuck again

The process of change
Is total freedom

If the process is taking you nowhere
You are not in a process of change

The leave behind what you love
Is the most difficult thing

Leaving behind the routine
Is not the same as eliminating it from your life

If you allow your life to improve
