Your Transition Begins Silently

Every transition
Begins before you know

Nothing may seem different
But it is happening to help you

You may feel great pain
You may feel very light

Your life is always changing
Be aware and be grateful

If something is ending
Be grateful

Love your life
Silence thoughts of where you are to go

Nothing will stop you
As long as you are alive change is happening

You are growing
You are expanding

For small it is very small shifts
For others it is very great shifts

What are you experiencing
Does it feel like the Grand Canyon or the ocean

Deeper than the eye can see
Longer than the eye can see

No direction is known
When you are at the center

Laugh
Feel light and laugh

This is the reality of life
You never know what is next

The mind begins its games soon after birth
It tries to convince you that you have control

Control over what you like to eat
Control over what you like to do

Do you
Do you actually have control

For as long as all are stuck in their routines
You have what you think is your routine

What would happen
If every dairy farmer didn’t milk their cows

They stopped their routine
Now your routine is different too

You have no control
If what your choices are also include someone else

What do you try to control
How is your mind keeping you stuck

Is it your life
Or do you allow others to affect you

When another wants control over you
They will fight until the end

You must continue to break free from control
Whether it is yours or anothers

You must walk freely
Free from your mind and from other minds

This is a great transition
Be aware and be grateful

Thank all that have helped you
Thank the Universe for giving you everything

Give to all that approach you now
Thank the Universe for helping you to let go of what you received

Letting go is a very important part of the transition
Be light and enjoy everything

Do not see it as loss
Be happy for what another is gaining
