A happy experience
An event that makes you happy
A person that makes you happy
Words of praise that make you happy
Accomplishments that make you happy
The Mind stores all of this
The body’s cells respond to this
It is not a reaction
It is a response
Every cell which involves every organ
Responds to happiness
The Mind stores the experience
And the response
When you are in a similar situation
The Mind recalls the memory, and the body begins to respond
An example
Your morning coffee
You begin to respond
Before you even begin making your coffee
What happens to most when they don’t get their morning coffee
What happens when their happy routines get interrupted
The Mind recalls memories
The body initiates its responds
This combined effort of the Mind and the body
Is called your reaction
You are irritated without your morning coffee
You are scared when you see something scary from your past
It could be a type of clothing
It could be the type of weather
Your Mind recalls a memory
Every piece of that “bad” day
Your body begins to respond
Your sympathetic nervous system is initiated
It begins to prepare
For a battle that is not there
It begins to prepare
For an argument that is not there
It begins to prepare
For the negative experience that is not there
Because your body is responding
You become reactive
You become defensive
You become fearful
What you must do
Is do nothing at all
You must stop the Mind from recalling
You must stop the body from responding
That is all
You must stop the Mind and body
