A Supported Self is a Loved Self
What do you keep closer
What supports you or what hinders you
What do you give your body
What your body needs or what the mind wants
What predicts your future
Your self
The only thing that can align your future
Is the ability to love your self
To care for yourself
To support yourself
The greatest challenge
Is to eliminate everything that doesn’t support you
Never question yourself
Never feel guilty
If someone does not help you to grow
They hinder you
You do not need to vanish forever
You just need to eliminate their routine
Their dependent routine
Can not dictate your life
Self-love
Is living freely
Freely as the self alone
Freely as the self with others
If anything makes you look down
Then you must free yourself from it
Never doubt yourself
Never feel guilty
Create a door
Only open it to others when you want to
Do not leave the door open
Living your life is for you
When your instincts are telling you to close it
Close it
The power of the mind is not understood
The power of the mind is much greater
If someone once abused you
You will never see them the same
They may not be abusing you now
But when you see them you relieve that abuse
When you see them
Your mind begins to recall everything
It gets you ready
Ready to defend yourself
This is the vibration the mind creates
The is the vibration you project
Defensiveness
Wariness
That person may not be abusing you anymore
But you still create negative vibrations when you see them
This is the energy you create when you see them
This is the energy that you project
You must close the door when you see them
You must separate them from your vibration
Shut down the mind’s defensive thinking
Free yourself from it
Focus on the moment
Focus on the reality of the moment
If nothing bad is happening
Let your defenses down
Project love
Project the feeling of peace within
Focus your mind’s thoughts
Create the moment that reflects love
When you support yourself
Your mind is living freely in the moment
Joyfully
Neutrally
Look at every life
That lives in the moment
When they rest
They look completely at peace
