Imperfection is Another’s Perfection

Your identity
Is how you present yourself

You do not need to be perfect
You do not need to be imperfect

You need to be authentic
You need to be your Truth

There are many opinions
There are no two opinions alike

The mind creates opinions
Everyone’s mind is completely different

How is this possible
Because the mind is a storage unit

It stores everything you’ve done
It stores everything you have said

Everything you’ve seen
Everything you have dreamed of seeing

With everything
Including the good and the bad

It creates an opinion
Your opinions are only your own

What most don’t understand
You can choose what opinion the mind chooses

This is why opinions change
Because everyday more is added to the mind’s storage

Even when are sure of your opinion
Your opinions changes

From day to day
From environment to environment

When it is cold
You complain that you hate the cold

When it is hot
You complain that you hat the hot

When there is an inbetween temperature all year round
You complain that you miss the four seasons

What do you want
Why is your mind so opinionated

If you allow your mind to dictate the show
It will dictate the show of your life

Do you want to live as your authentic self
Or do you want to live as your mind’s opinions

Do you want to teach
Do you want to be a student

It is ok to be either
It is ok to be both

Being both can be someone’s perfect
Being only the one can be another’s perfect

Don’t focus on what you should be doing
Don’t focus on what your mind thinks is imperfect

The only thing imperfect today
Is what will eventually be seen as perfect

You could not wait to run from one environment
Only for your mind to tell you it was a mistake to leave

You long to be in nature
You long to be at home

Make home your meditative sanctuary
Then you need nothing but a sacred space

A sacred space
The most important space for all

If you are a Teacher
You create this for your students

If you are a student
You create this for yourself

Why does the student need the Teacher’s sacred space
To learn to exist in a different sacred space than their own

Both are equally sacred
Both are created from zero

You experience life differently
Because you connect to another with through neutrality

The experience is magnificent
Because the experience is not only your own

The space was created by the Teacher
You learned to trust and let go
