Comfort All with the Focused Projection of Neutrality
Your mind will give you thoughts
Continuously
Why do we choose to listen to some
And ignore most of them
There you go
Proof that you are in charge of your thoughts
You just thought about the birds
Singing and eating outside
Now you are questioning yourself
About something from yesterday
Every negative thought
Is chosen by you
This is a difficult thing to accept
You must accept it and learn from it
You choose your thoughts
You choose the loops you are stuck in
If you want to break a loop of thoughts
You must break it
You must deliberately focus on neutrality
You must deliberately change your mind
Completing a task is a thought
Adding numbers is a thought
Paying your bills is a thought
Ordering take out is a thought
You are choosing your thoughts continuously
Why blame something else on your negativity
Your behaviors may have been learned
But then chosen to become a part of your behaviors
Your thoughts may have been an experience
But then chosen to be dwelled upon
A baby does not understand choice
But an adult dose
The most difficult thing
Is to change the behaviors you learned as a young child
You live as you are learning to live
You speak as you are being thought to speak
Your words and your actions
Are just toddlers’ imitation of their parents
If the mind can be thought the first time
It can be thought the second time
And a third time
And a fourth time
You can always train your mind
You can always learn something new
This is the brilliance of the mind
The mind is a sponge
Give it what it needs
Squeeze out what it doesn’t need
Your negativity
Your negativity thoughts
Squeeze them out of your mind
Eliminate all of them
Focus your mind on neutrality
Live in a peaceful state
Choose the One that created you
To focus your mind on
Do not choose the one that sits by your side
To dictate your behaviors and actions
Give your life the experience of neutrality
Your focus is your projection
Project the brilliance that dwells within you
Dwell on the Light of the One
