But what you miss
Is that what is old is also new
No one thinks
Exactly the same since birth
I don’t know any adults
That thing about when their next bottle is
Life is simple
Life is vast and complex
See your family today
With the eyes that have never seen them
Are they still the older sibling
That pulls your hair as you walk by
Are they still the parents
That scolds you for staying out past dark
Children interact differently than adults
Parents worry about their children
Children are very different with other children
Then how they behave with adults
The way a parent delivers their worry
Affects a child for their entire life
How you feel
Let it go
See everything
As new
What is happening now
In this moment
This moment
Is the only thing you have
You have nothing else
Except this moment
Nothing exists
Except for this moment
Nothing inside you exists

Focus your mind on this moment
You will experience your entire life differently

Your ability to focus on many things is great
