Overheating Requires Cooling Down

When you are running
You must stop sometime

It does not mean you failed
It just means you are human

Even the fastest animal
Must stop to rest

You are not defeated
You must stop to refuel

You must learn
To heal yourself

What is going on

Are you listening

When you shut down
You lose yourself

You drown yourself
You do not silence your Mind

The exact opposite happens

Your Mind is flourishing
Creating everything that you do not need

Your Soul is hidden
Hidden by the Mind

You feel lost
Because your Soul guides you

If you hide from your Soul
You will always feel lost

If your Mind is in the lead
You will never feel fulfilled

The weight is there
No matter how much you shift it around

Stop playing games
Move what is in your way

You will never gain freedom
From another’s freedom

Why would a Mind that likes to control
Grant freedom to another

It won’t
Unless you call on its Soul

You received
What your Soul needed you to

Grow with it
Or feel lost by it

It is up to you
To silence your Mind

You must learn to be independent
Independent from your Mind

You do not live in a pack
You live on two feet

Get up from all fours
Live as the form you were created as

Walk
Alone

Feel free
Alone

Feel strong
Alone

Make decisions
By yourself

Cards will not give you answers
There is no such thing as magic

Something with loose definitions
Will be molded into what the Mind needs

If you need answers
You create them

If you need solutions
You create them

If you need to break down blocks
You break them

What are the tools that you have received
Use them

If you sit and cry
The only thing you created is crying

If you sit and complain
The only thing you created is complaining

What makes you feel free

What gives life to your dreams

Enjoy the day
You do not have to climb Mt. Everest today

Do not try to achieve
What no one can achieve in a day

That is your Mind speaking
That is your Mind making your feel defeated

If you want to accomplish anything
Trust Soul will lead your way

Every step taken with Soul
Is a step taken in the direction of your Truth
