What You Speak Creates Everything
Speak to create action
Not to create reaction
If you help yourself to act
You will feel fulfilled in life
If you help yourself to react
You will feel hopeless in life
Nothing matters
How does this statement create
In an attempt to silence the judgements of the mind
Never say something negative
Nothing matters
Creates hopelessness
Everything the mind is judging
Is received, acknowledge, and silenced
If you receive information that you should act on
Act on it in pure neutrality
Do not speak words that create a reaction
Instead say thank you to your mind
I have heard your message
I will make any changes that must be made
Do not speak words that are negative
They create negativity
Nothing works
Maybe we can create something that works
We will be overwhelmed all day with this
This is going to help us be creative today
Whatever it takes to make your mind change
Do it
Sit in silence each day
Live your life as you want to live
Do not beg others that are different to be like you
Be yourself and allow others to be theirselves
This is very difficult for most relationships and marriages
This is very difficult for parents too
You want your child to have a perfect life
The perfect life is just an opinion you created
There are no two forms of perfect that are alike
The only thing perfect is that nothing is perfect
If you feel good
Share it
If you don’t feel good
Don’t share it
Change what is not making you feel good
Tell your ailments that you are fixing it
You ate poorly and now certain parts of your body hurt
Eat something healthy
You stayed up too late and now you are tire
Rest until you feel rested
You reacted to someone’s words
Breathe consciously until you have silenced them
Your mind is questioning your life’s decisions
Breathe until you are creating your version of a perfect life
If you feel that your life is perfect
Sit in gratitude with your life
If you speak with gratitude
You create gratitude
If you speak with words that create action
You can change anything in your life
