The System that Works is Neutrality
Pray
Pray that you find neutrality
Pray
Pray until you are focused on neutrality
Most that practice neutrality
Do not experience pure neutrality
But the ones that seek neutrality
Are giving their efforts to creating neutrality
Sometimes the ones that seek neutrality
Are less neutral than the ones that do not
Living unconsciously
Is sometimes closer to neutrality
When you are not seeking conscious behavior
When you are not seeking anything more in life
You are satisfied
You are living simply as you are
The ones that seek
Are sometimes the ones not satisfied in life
They are different
They are sometimes out of control
Seeking
Can cause duality
Duality
Can cause emotional commotion in one’s life
If you pray
You bring yourself closer to neutrality
When you prayed as a child
What did you pray for
Were you praying to pray
Were you told to pray for something more
Praying for peace
Is praying for what you feel is not there
Praying for neutrality
Is praying for what you think you do not have
Switch praying from asking for something
To living for what you are asking for
Instead of praying for peace
Sit and be peaceful
Instead of praying for neutrality
Sit and be neutral
Sit or stand or walk
Focus on the One
Do not beg for God to give you peace
Focus on God and become peaceful
This is the technology
This is how it works
Focus on inhaling Sat
Focus on exhaling Nam
Silence all others words that the mind creates
Focus on creating Sat and Nam
Focus on inhaling Sat
Focus on exhaling Nam
Every negative word that is around you
Focus on healing it with Sat Nam
Everything that carries a negative vibration
Focus on Sat Nam
Praying is not a conversation
Praying is conscious breathing
Pray to connect yourself to the One
Consciously breathe to create the One
Every word of the mind
Silence
Create Sat with every inhale
Create Nam with every exhale
When there is a very difficult situation in your life
Create Sat Nam with every breath
See the technology work
Have gratitude for the gift of the Teachings
Pray that you remember your breath
And start breathing consciously
Sat Nam
