When you care for your body
You clear your mind

The Soul
Is either present or hidden

The soul is present
When the body and mind are cared for

If one aspect of yourself is out of balance
Your entire self feels off

You may feel emotional
When your body is begging for something

You may feel physical pain
When your mind needs support

The body likes routine
The mind likes routine

Not a rigid routine that limits
A routine that supports all aspects of the Self

Waking every morning with the One
Is the routine help all aspects flourish

How this is done
Is up to you

The only thing you must do
Is include all aspects of the Self

You must include something for each
Mind, Body, and Soul

If the Mind wakes with negativity
Make it sing the Word of God

If the Body wakes with stiffness
Make it stretch and relax

If the Soul seems far
Sit and speak to it

Meditation
Is a key tool for the Mind

There are many forms
Pick one

It can be a different one every day
Just do any meditation daily

Moving and eating healthy
Is the key to keeping the body fit

Walk, stretch, or exercise
Do whatever it is daily

Eat what you cook
Daily

Leave behind
Anything that drains the body

If you make your body unhealthy
You are to blame

No one else
You are responsible for yourself

Wake and say good morning to your Soul
Ask for Soul’s guidance each day

It is a simple practice
But one that should be a part of your routine

You can choose anything you like
The tools are there for you to choose

Anything that confines
Limits

Anything that delivers
Frees

You are not to be branded
You are not to be herded

The tools are there
Do what calls to you

Focus on your trainings
Allow the Teachings to teach you

As it was before
It is now

The Teachings are there
Always

Receive
By choosing to receive
