In the presence of a Teacher
You are at peace

Your focused has changed
Nothing else

What you focus on
Is what you create within you

Focus on your breath
Now

Where you breathing fully
Where you holding your breath

The body becomes anxious
If it is not given its basic needs

This is real
The mind’s games are not

Do you feel in need
Do you have your basic needs

Do you feel upset
Is your mind focused on judging

If you judge your life negatively
You feel negative

If you focus on wanting more
You feel unfulfilled

If you focus on failing
You feel hopeless

Stop
Stop listening to your mind

If failure real
If it is something from the past

No
Only the present moment exists

If you are not living in the moment
You are failing every moment

Sitting in bed crying that you lost the game
Get up and play again

Have fun
Enjoy this game of life

If you don’t like the cards that were dealt to you
Play them anyway

You don’t know the future outcome
You may end up winning

Winning and losing
It starts looking the same

One makes you feel hopeless
The other makes you feel unfulfilled

Once you lose
You feel like there is nothing left

Once you win
You feel like there should be more

Life is a game
Get over it

If you focus on the present moment
You will be grateful for the present moment

You don’t need anything
If you realize that you have everything

The Universe has given you everything
So what if you still have the play the game

You will always have to play the game of life
Until the day you leave this planet

Don’t prepare for it
Live it

Live every day to honor your body
This is the only preparation your body needs

Live every day to harness your mind
This is the only preparation your mind needs

Live every day to celebrate your Soul
This is the only need the life truly needs

Remembrance
Remembrance of the One within you

Honor your life
Bow to the divinity within you

When you respect your life
Your life as what it represents

You are humble
You are graceful

You bless others
Because you feel blessed

Blessed knowing
That all are One

Play this game of life knowing
That all are playing the same game

The same struggles
The same victories
