Something New
Focus
Breathe
You must stay grounded
You must stay grounded
As you receive
Focus on your breath
As soon as the energy comes
Focus on your breath immediately
Focus on your posture
Focus on your body being relaxed
Redirect your Mind
Focus on the sound current
If the Teachings are knocking on your door
Teach
Do not hoard the Teachings
Teach
Focus on Teaching
Create shopping lists later
Shopping
Is your Mind’s way of preparing
Your Soul does not need preparation
Your Soul needs to be set free
Shopping helps your Mind
It keeps it safe within a known routine
Shopping
Creates the self-inflicted tragedy
When too much money has been spent
It has an excuse to retract and repent
Know your Mind’s routines
Appreciate them but maintain your independence
Your independence
Is living as your Soul
You know your Mind
Very Well
You interact with your Mind
Every moment of your life
You are independent from your Mind
Your Mind is there for you as a tool
The Mind comes first
Because no effort is needed
All the Mind’s continuous chattering
Requires no calorie usage at all
This is why the Mind is first
It exists without concrete food
Your body is second
Because it requires something concrete
Food
Food that is turned into energy
This requires more effort
This must be managed wisely
If you are starving
Your body will give you signals
Rest
Use as little physical energy as possible
Eat
Eat food to replenish yourself
Self-preservation
Is used by both the body and the Mind
The Mind uses this
Continuously
Sometimes as complaining
Sometimes as judging
This interferes with new experiences
New experiences are the unknown
How can you protect yourself
From the unknown
The Mind knows
It will give you every option to not do it
It does not force you to stop
It gives you so many reasons to not do it
There is only one reason to do it
Because it is new and unknown
There are many reasons to not do it
And the Mind will chatter all of them to you
Maybe what is new
Is what will feel like home
Give your life something new
Thank the Mind and move on
On to something new
On to what has always been home
