In all that you do Realize what you are doing How are you carrying your body What is your body craving What is your body Listen to its wisdom in healing What is your mind doing How much power is in its routine Give it the experience of limitless Command it to dwell in neutrality Where is your Soul How do you care for it each day Is your Soul presented first Know is the time to live as Soul Drop the mind’s insecurities Present your Soul to all The Truth of all Is the Soul of all There is no fashion trend in Soul There is no popular routine Soul Is timeless Soul Is endless Where your Soul begins Is where is will always be You were born as your Soul self Seeing each moment as new Your mind is born in a neutral state The mind is powerful at storing and calculating Every experience Stored Every experience Used to calculate the future Every experience Stored to dwell in The mind is a vast tool It must be actively used always It must be actively used In every moment of every day If you leave the mind to utilize itself It will go to what is has stored It will distort the present With the stored information from the past It will distort your present thinking With what it has calculated to be the future Do not listen to the mind’s calculations The mind does this mindlessly You must give it the routine of breathing You must give it the routine of meditation Give it the routine that is needed to dwell in Soul The mind has endless energy to calculate if left unattended Do not be tricked by its calculations The only reality is neutral present moment Nothing exists Except for each present moment Each moment gone In a single blink of your eyes When you create your daily practice You practice being your Truth Each moment you dwell in your practice The mind learns the ecstasy of infinity If you dwell in Soul for one moment You give yourself one moment with the One One Truth One reality The Truth of all The Truth of you Your Truth What you were born to be Your Soul Living as One with all life Experiencing the entire life As each present moment A direct connection with the One An innocent dew drop nourishing all A drop of the beloved A ray of Light illuminating in all Create peace for all Create peace within you Live as your Truth Live to transform your life for all Sat Nam
