Neutrality Eliminates Speaking of Negativity

Who has been judged
Who has judged

The true spiritual teacher
Never utters a word of negativity

If you carry a message of love
Can you speak of hate

If you love all
Can you hate the one that hated another

If you feel dry
Should you do what makes you more dry

If you are drowning
Should you sink deeper

Turn it around

All you can do is try
Every day try not to hate anyone

This sounds funny
But listen to your words when you react

To a stranger that happens to overhear
What do you sound like to them

Do you love
Or do you judge

When you are complaining
You are judging

When you are uplifting others
You not complaining

When another insults
Say thank you and move on with your day

When another lies about you
This is a delicate situation

You may ask the liar why did you lie
But you can never react

When you react
Reactions are negativity

Negativity of the mind
That creates negativity in body and spirit

When you can hear others when they don’t speak
You must learn to smile at their unspoken words

This is very difficult
And your mind will confuse you

With what was spoken
And what was not spoken

This is the most difficult part
Smiling at them is the easy part

The Mind must be prepared
The Mind must keep both as the same

Why
Because it does not matter

What their mind thinks
Is what their mind thinks

It does not matter
If they speak it or think it

It is the same
That is all you must know

Because it is the same
Smile and carry on with your day

A nasty person is a nasty person
Do not ask for their energy

Contain your energy
Do not invite their energy into your life

Carry your energy
Magnificently

Carry your spine
Perfectly

Monitor your thoughts
Perfectly

Speak gracefully
Live gracefully

What you need
Is your Truth

It is within you
It is the core of your being

It is always there
Waiting for you to be it

Sit as your Truth
Your Truth will carry you to God

Live as your Truth
Your Truth will carry you to God

This is your longing from birth
To feel embraced by God

Your Truth is always there
God is always there

Feel your embrace
Focus on God’s embrace

You are loved
Focus on the Word of God

The negativity of others
Is very heavy

Know that it is there
But do not carry it

Allow God to carry it
Leave it to God

Live as what you are
Free with God
