What are you creating
Why don’t you admit to yourself the truth

Live as you want to live
Independently

Give your life to the One
The One will take care of everything

Give your life to the mind’s dreams
You will have nothing

The mind does not stay focused
You focus your mind

The mind will choose a billion things
You can only do one thing at a time

Walk or sit
Sit or run

Choose
Your life is up to you

Nothing works
When you are not focusing on making it work

Nothing is working
When you feel controlled

Focus on being free
Free from everything irritating you

Focus on not being irritated
Focus on being surrounded by what gives you peace

Focus on living with the One
Focus on living with your life

Your life is difficult
When your mind makes it difficult

Your life is at peace
When you have silenced your mind

Breathe consciously
Every breath breathe consciously

Practice breathing consciously
Until you are at peace
