One that nourishes your body completely
Food that supports you on a cellular level
One that does not challenge any organ in your body

Commit to this challenge every spring
You will not die

When the body is stressed
The mind gets stressed
When your mind and body are stressed

Do you attract people
Or do you repel people
Spring creates the path to rebirth
All life is rejuvenated
Some are coming out of hibernation and dormancy
Some are in the process of being created
Spring highlights what is best
Be your best
Create your best body
Create your best mind
