Needs to be cleared

Creates neutrality

There are no manmade rules
There are no opinions

There is One
There is One Truth

All are equal
All are different

When you confine an experience
You attempt to define an experience

Confining it
Forming into what you want it to be

Just allow it to be
Just allow yourself to be yourself

You cannot follow another’s footsteps
Not if you want to be a leader

There is nothing wrong
If wrong means you are not following another

If you long to belong
You must join the group

If you long to be a leader
You must walk alone

If you want to lead the group
You must join the group and walk alone

Many who have joined the group
Want to be leaders

Most who want to be leaders
Hide in the group

A true leader that is within a group
Will lead the group as one unit

They will sacrifice their life
To support the group

They lead the group
They give up their individual identity

They must let go of the surface
To reach the deepest depths

The leader
Needs no uniform

But the leader
Must represent the group

If you are going against the group
You are not a part of the group

Stop trying to force the group
To be like you

Force
Is not transformation

The ones that sit on the border of the group
Judging the group and watching everything they do

Is not a part of the group
But they long to be a part of the group

They judge themselves
That is why they do not join the group

You do not have to feel worthy to join a group
You must flow with the group

Selflessly serving
Is going with the flow of the group

You must let go of your individual needs
You must live to support the group

In a spiritual group
You must live to support the neutrality of the group

Letting go of your needs
Letting go of your opinions

The group is a powerful flow
If the group energy is neutral

If the group energy is chaos
The group is lost
