What do you want with another’s nonsense

It is your fault you are storing it
Simply throw it out

Get rid of every single lie another told you
Get rid of every single fantasy of another

Your mind is enough to have to focus
Focus your mind to direct your mind

Never focus on another’s mind
Then their mind is directing your mind

Layers and layers of the minds’ direction
More and more difficult to escape

You must shed each layer of nonsense

Let it go
