When you haven’t even met a person
What is your opinion of them

The ones you have known for years
Do you easily forgive them

Life is for giving life
Life is not for condemning life

If someone forgets their way
Help them to find their path

Judging them
Keeps them off their path

Harsh opinions of their actions
Gives their mind the power to stay off track

Love is a complicated thing
When the mind is in control

When love is neutral
All are loved equally

The rich
The poor

The clean
The dirty

All life
Even the lives you cannot see or hear

All life
Is a gift from God

All life
Shares the breath of life with you

Including your own
Your life is equal to all

Never judge yourself
Keep the mind in your neutral state

Remember your breath
Your breath is a gift too

When change comes
Accept change gracefully

Give all that you meet a chance
A chance for you to see their Light

Do not judge
Do not question

Simply breathe
Breathe neutrality into the situation

All are loved
All are forgiven

You are loved
You are forgiven

Love your mind
Forgive your mind

Let all that it has store go
Teach your mind to learn again

Learn to see
As if it has never seen before

Learn to love
As if it has never been hurt before

Accept the Truth of others first
Experience their Truth first

If you remain neutral
You are always protected

Protected by the most powerful support
You are protected by your grace

The Light shields you
If you focus your breath on the One

Focus
Leave the mind’s control

Every breath
