Your Self-Maintenance is Projected

What is your self-worth
Do you care for yourself

Do you care for others
Are you too exhausted to care for you

Do you love others
Do you judge yourself

When you make a mistake
Do you forgive yourself

Are you depressed
Do you choose to ignore it

If you don’t address yourself
You will lose yourself

Maintain the union of the self
Care for each aspect of the self equally

Care for the body
Maintain all aspects of health for the body

Care for the mind
Maintain the ability to redirect the mind

Care for the Soul
Maintain a neutral way of looking at the self

If you love yourself
You project self-love

If you judge yourself
You project self-judgement

How you see yourself
Is how others see you

When you are focused on your passion in life
You project your love of that topic

But what happens
When you must have repeated interactions

Can you continue to ignore your opinion of yourself
Can you maintain only focusing on one aspect of the self

This is an imbalance
This is not maintaining the self

You must stop what is happening
You must love every aspect of your self

If you are not in full balance
You will project every imbalance

Some will receive the aspects that are in balance
Others will receive the aspects that are not in balance

What happens
Chaos as you know

Some will receive you with open arms
Others will pity you for your self-loathing

Some will see your radiance that you have within you
Others will see your self-judgements and judgements of others

No one is perfect
Only the One is perfect

If you see imbalance
Forgive it

No one is perfect
The One is perfect

If you made a mistake
Forgive yourself and move on

If you are blaming yourself for something you didn’t do
Silence the mind and move on

If you are stuck
What imbalance do you have

Which aspect is out of balance
Or are all aspects out of balance

Focus
Bring your life back to balance

Focus
Breathe

One imbalance can spin life out of control
Create peace within

Which aspect of the self feels trapped
That aspect is out of balance

Focus on the Light of the One
Walk neutrally

Stay focused
Stay neutral

Focus on your breath
Focus on your breath

Remember the first moment
Remember the moment of pure balance

Everything else
Is an imbalance waiting to be healed
