What is forgiveness
It is the totality of the self

You have accepted the Mind’s reality
You stay connected to your Soul’s Truth

There is only one Truth
But we are faced with the challenges of the Mind

So many challenges
All creations of the Mind

What do we do
We forgive our Mind and move on

Forgiveness
Is silence

Forgiveness
Is stillness

Forgiveness
Silences all the thoughts of the Mind

The Mind may continue to generate thought
But you are detached from it

You do not focus on all the chattering of the Mind
You focus on your Truth

How do you escape the Mind
Forgiveness

Practice forgiveness
With every breath

Stay grounded with your practice
Stay connected with your commitment

Forgiveness will serve you peace

There are many things that need to be forgiven
Get to work and begin

Begin with day one of your life
Or begin with today

The order in which you forgive is up to you
You simply must focus on forgiving

If you interact with someone still angry about yesterday
What are you creating

You are creating more drama
You are creating more to be forgiven

The person doesn’t even know why you act with anger
Others will see you as wrong

You are acting angry in the present moment
Therefore, you are wrong

Crazy people
Run around talking to the past in their mind

They are lost
In a continuous conversation in their mind

If you hold a grudge
You are crazy

You are listening to your mind
You are acting as if the past is the present

The past will never be the present
Even if you try to recreate it

Your behavior is your behavior
Own it

Forgiveness
Will release you from your mind’s anger

Forgiveness
Will create humility in you

Forgiveness
Will prevent the mind from blaming others

Look at the pattern
Look at what your mind does

Something goes wrong in your life
You have an argument with someone else

The next day
You are very angry at that person

Your mind blends both things
You act as if that person is why everything is wrong in your life

You blame them
You are off the hook

But you are wrong
And one day you will look back and suffer more

Your actions are your actions
Own them

Your words are your words
Own them

If you speak as an angel
You are angelic

If you speak like an angry person
You are seen as angry

Calm yourself
Forgive and let go of everything from the past

Do not look at things you do not want
Focus on the present moment

What do you want now
What does your heart long for now

Forgive yourself for not wanting yesterday
Live in the present moment with love

Love of today
Love of all that are around you

Forgive yourself
Forgive others

The emotions of others
Make them act the way they do

The games of their mind
Make them speak the way they do

All you can do
Is be you

If you feel that your foundation is love
Then support your life with love

Do not allow others to change you
This is the biggest mistake anyone can do

If you become the anger of another
You will forget who you are

Others will see you as how you are acting
Others will judge you as the way that you are speaking

No one will see where it started
Because the only thing that exists is now

How you are speaking
Now

How you are behaving
Now

Forgive yourself
You were born to forgive

Your strength is needed
Your love is needed

Forgive yourself
Remember love
