If you allow yourself to experience Soul
If your mind is out of balance
Balance it
If your body is in need of attention
Exercise it and nourish it
Everything that you do to one aspect
Affects the other aspects of you
The mind will make the body feel weak
The Soul will make the mind feel at peace
Stay grounded
Do not acknowledge the mind’s interactions
If you are born to speak as Soul
You must focus on speaking to the Soul in another
If the other person only offers their mind
Stay graceful
Listen to their mind
Speak as your Soul
When your Soul is present
You can defend yourself with neutrality
If you believe in the Teachings
You must practice the Teachings
If you sit around waiting for the Teachings
You will sit around for lifetimes doing nothing
The Teachings are always there
Waiting for you to receive
The only way to receive
Is to begin your practice
Focusing on other minds
Give you an imbalance in your mind
Focusing on your Soul
Brings you into balance with each aspect
The Soul is neutral
The Soul guides you to what is best
For your Mind
For your Body
For all three aspects
To be in perfect harmony
When you are with Soul
You begin to breathe fully
When you breathe fully
Your mind calms down
A peaceful mind
Creates peace within the body
Daily work
Should never take you far from Soul
You must be happy with your work
Or you will have a chattering mind
If your mind is continuously complaining
The only thing you can do is change
Change your environment
Or change your mind’s opinions
Be happy with your life
By giving your life your love
As you pray for perfect harmony within
